OSG High: Jabo Blows Vikes Horn
Minnesota high school hockey player Jack Jablonski has been an inspiration and a point of focus for everyone in the state since his paralyzing injury on ice last December...
He got to kick in the Minnesota Vikings season last night with the blowing of their mythologically-accurate Gjallarhorn to lead the team in before the Buffalo Bills game at the Metrodome...

Jablonski has continued to surprise therapists with his recovery- that included crawling on the floor of his rehab facility last week...
Too cool...

Hockey Players Learning to Play Safer...???

In light of the two sudden injuries to youth hockey players in the state of Minnesota, current athletes are trying to continue to play the sports they love while trying to take the extra care and thought needed to play "smarter."
Minnesotans are trying to be examples for both the families of Jack Jablonski and Jenna Privette... how successful are they as of now...

OSG High: Minnesota Parents Ask For Change In Youth Hockey

The parents of paralyzed high school hockey player Jack Jablonski are asking USA Hockey to be stricter enforcers of their own rules in light of their son's injuries...
The body checking and boarding penalties are the two fascets of the game that the Jablonskis are looking at for immediate, enforceable change...
The Jablonskis are also asking youth hockey players to take what they're calling "Jack's Pledge" when it comes to their on-ice behavior from now on. Jack's younger brother, Max, was the first to take the vow...
