Gwinnett County (GA) authorities arrested Atlanta Falcons WR Roddy White on "failure to appear" charges related to the tint on his windows- which was deemed to be illegal (translation: probably too dark).
White (pictured right, thanks MyFoxAtlanta/Gwinnett County Police Department) posted bond and was arrested in connection with a bench warrant from Recorders Court. The violation was recorded a year ago.
The Atlatna Falcons released a statement concerning the arrest on Tuesday morning:
"We are aware of the incident involving Roddy White. We anticipate this will be resolved shortly and we will have no further comment at this time."

Did Aaron Hernandez Discuss Odin Lloyd Murder In Jail
((HT: MyFoxBoston))
Aaron Hernandez, if proven, could be one of the most un-smart criminals of all time...
The DA's office in the Bristol County (MA) office are asking for warrants to investigate jail house phone calls with Hernandez and family where he allegedly used code words to allude to the murder.
Here's the request for the paperwork
The DA's office has also filed a motion for discovery in the matter where they want police notes, e-mails and credit card receipts from Hernandez and Lloyd the night of the murder, and Crime Lab discovery...
Kind of a wide net, eh...???

Warrant: Hernandez "May Have" Been Shooter In Double Murder
((HT: MyFoxBoston))
We have detailed the incidents in and around the double murder-drive by killing of Safiro Hurtado and Daniel Abreu in July 2012 as they left a Boston nightclub.
Recent video has surfaced from a nearby nightclub from the one that the two were seen in before they left a year-and-a-half ago and an SUV that resembles one Aaron Hernandez possessed was circling the block waiting for the Furtado-Abreu vehicle before the murder.
Now, the new warrant that has been made public believes that gunshot residue "may still exist" inside the vehicle. Prosecutors are still weighing the idea of adding murder charges in that case as well to the Odin Lloyd case that is the center of the Hernandez investigation at present...
Ted Daniel stays on the new developments...

Judge Orders Ric Flair's Arrest Over Lack Of Spousal Support
((HT: WCNC-TV/WBTV))
A Mecklenburg County (NC) judge has issued an order for the arrest Ric Flair, who was held in contempt earlier this month for not paying his estranged wife more than $32,000 in spousal support.
Flair was supposed to be paying $4,000 a month to Jacqueline Beems (his fourth wife), who filed for a legal separation last June. The two were divorced late last year. The money was intended to go for her car payment, health insurance and legal fees. Flair hasn't paid $32,352.51, according to court documents obtained by the Charlotte Observer newspaper and Brad Smith, Beems’ attorney.
The order for arrest was issued two weeks ago, but Flair can stay out of jail if he pays up...
Smith said Beems doesn’t know where Flair is.
The HQ would like to tell Smith and Beems that all they have to do is look hyah...
((HT: ABC))
Smith has also said recent accusations that Beems made harassing phone calls to Flair’s new girlfriend are “unfounded and outlandish.”
But...
Beems turned herself yesterday and was charged with "making a harassing phone call"- a misdemeanor. She’s accused of making a series of phone calls to Wendy Barlow Kidder, Flair’s girlfriend, according to Smith. Beems was released on a $500 bond.
Flair and Beems were married in November 2009 and separated in June 2012, when Beems accused her husband of committing “acts of marital misconduct.”
Basically, having multiple affairs... which Flair, of course, is denying...

Aaron Hernandez Day 4: And Now, It's Official...There's A Warrant
Long rumored, an arrest warrant has now been filed on Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez for his alleged involvement in the murder of 27-year-old semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
The warrant for obstruction of justice charges is tied to there being apparent video evidence of Hernandez and two other men wearing hooded sweatshirts walking into Hernandez's home after neighbors heard gunshots early Tuesday morning. Sources told MyFoxBoston that the gunshots were not reported to police immediately after they were heard in the neighborhood. Lloyd was murdered about a mile from Hernandez's home. Police are still searching the crime scene for evidence and are also looking for other evidence that they feel may assist them in their case.
About an hour before the time frame that the gunshots were heard and/or fired, Hernandez was seen on video walking into his home. He was also seen at Lloyd's home before being at his own home early Tuesday.

Obstruction of justice carries up to a five year sentence in the state of Massachusetts.
The source of the videos was not immediately clear, according to the Boston Globe.
“He was killed where they found the body,” a law enforcement official told the paper. “He was shot multiple times.”
