Hmmm...this is interesting. Kind of like the Dude Perfect guys only on a golf course.
Check out this production by the Bryan Brothers, a trick shot golf brother team. We aren't really familiar with them, but the shot making is quite impressive even if the video production isn't.
In this video, our heroes give a variety of trick golf shots including the out of the bunker, fairway recovery on one shot ball. (You have to watch)
The theme is British Open---we know this because of the music...and the knickers.
Either way, enjoy the video, doing this has pretty obviously taken a lot of practice...

The Open Makes Five For Mickelson
((HT: ESPN/BBCSport))
A month ago, Phil Mickelson was inconsolable after losing the US Open (again) and finishing second (again- for the 6th time)...
He needed a 66 (5-under) to leapfrog a lot of people and get some key birdies down the stretch that others didn't (see Messrs. Scott, Westwood, and Poulter as examples)... and he now has 5 majors under his belt to tie him with the likes of Byron Nelson for career majors titles...
Not bad company...
Here's how he got there...
And here's the interview with Tom Rinaldi
The larger questions go to Westwood, Stenson, and Woods...
Can Lee Westwood shake the moniker of "Best ever not to...?"
Is Henrik Stenson ready to win a major...???
And can Tiger Woods adapt his strategy to be on the offensive when trailing in a major instead of waiting for others to back up to trim his margin of error...???
Hopefully, he and his coaches have seen the results and can move his approach accordingly...

More British Open Funnies: Tom Rinaldi Leaves Jordan Speith Hanging After Underwear Quote
Haha!
Since we are pretty sure everything not normal happens in 3's, the British Open should be good at least for today.
1st there was the golfball hitting the camera and breaking the lens on ESPN. Thanks Thomas Bjorn.
You can see that video from a previous story RIGHT HERE
Then there was Charl Schwartzel throwing...and breaking his club after a bad day and shot he didn't like.
You can see that RIGHT HERE
And then there was this: To set it up, ESPN's Tom Rinaldi is wrapping up a post-round interview with 19-year old Jordan Speith. Speaith won last weeks PGA Tour Stop stateside and then flew to play in the British. Speith played his 1st round in 69 shots, just a couple off the lead.
Rinaldi asks a somewhat strange, but funny question about Speith packing enough underwear. Speith answers, smiles and reaches for a handshake as Rinaldi wraps the interview and starts his toss back to the main anchors.
He never saw Speith....

And Charl Schwartzel Is Down A Club
((HT: ESPN/R&A))
Schwartzel was three over at the 15th hole when this happened to his 6-iron
BAD CLUB!!!!!!!

Bjorn Bjusts A Camera At Bjritish

It's the first day of the Open Championship over at Muirfield...
There already have been some surprises...
Some guy named Shiv Kapoor, ranked higher than 200th in the world, lead for a while... so did Mark O'Meara and Zach Johnson tore up the front side. Phil Mickelson had some harsh words for the R&A over their pin placements and Ian Poulter decided to say that the 18th hole needed a windmill and a clown's mouth for it's placement...
Louis Oosthuizen withdrew over a back problem, and Thomas Bjorn broke an $80,000 camera...
Evidence below... and Peter Alliss' call is awesome...

DEVELOPING: Clarke Is Champion Golfer Of The Year
Pretty much, every fan of the sport of golf knows the back story of Northern Ireland's Darren Clarke...
Lost his wife in a two-year battle with breast cancer five years ago... took time off his golf game to take care of his two sons afterward...
Now, in his 20th attempt on an Open Championship, Clarke plays skillfully to win at Royal St. George's by three strokes over American Dustin Johnson. It had been a decade since he was top ten in any major for the 42-year-old...
Clarke is now engaged to Allison and is enjoying life having moved back to his native land- playing golf out of Royal Portrush...
Here's how FoxSports Robert Lusetich set up the final round...
((HT: FoxSports.com))
Tiger Woods was one of the masses to send congratulations...
From his Twitter feed...
Very happy for Darren Clarke, well deserved win.
