The Pats QB has a loft near the location of the Back Bay fire in Boston yesterday...
He was in a position to see what was going on up close and was just as shaken up as the rest of the city...
Here's Brady's interview with Dennis and Callahan and his comments were spot on and poignant...
"
Props to Captain America for his words on a tough day...

Captain America Saves The Day Again...Pats Radio Explodes...
((HT: NFL on FOX))
All the Patriots had to do was go 70 yards in 63 seconds for the lead and, eventually, the win...
But the call of the day doesn't go to Thom Brennaman...
It goes to Bob Socci and Scott Zolak on Patriots radio... Zolak evoked memories of everything from Chris Kluwe and Clara Peller...
Listen to the call here...
Oh, Clara Peller...???
Now do you remember...???
But it will be an interesting week to see how the Pats deal with the losses of Aqib Talib and Danny Amendola...

Captain America Goes Down
((HT: Charles Olson Sports))
Until it gets pulled...
Here's Tom Brady's injury from training camp earlier today...
Thought there was a reason that he was wearing the red jersey, anyway...???
Mister Mallett... your reps just picked up...
And Happy Birthday, Tim Tebow...

So if Tom Brady is actually hurt, should we take bets on whether Ryan Mallett gets struck down by lightning tomorrow? #TebowTime #PatsCamp

Tim Tebow Resurfaces in New England: Followers Rejoice
Well, you knew someone would eventually take the plunge. And if it had to be anywhere, New England is probably the best place for all concerned.According to multiple reports, Tim Tebow, the most popular back-up quarterback in NFL history will sign a deal with the New England Patriots and is expected in mini-camp Tuesday.
Tebow, who brings a lot of baggage and hyperbole (mostly by ESPN) with him, was let go by the New York Jets back in April. And he'll be reunited with the man who drafted him--New England offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
There's been some discussion back and forth about whether anyone would take a flyer on the former 1st round pick who barely, if at all played for the Jets in 2012 after his much publicized signing. Patriots coach Bill Belichick according to some reports, allegedly was telling people "No Way" he'd take on Tebow.
Well, that's all changed. And honestly, we're happy for the guy. Of all the places in the NFL he could have landed, this is probably the best. You know that while the 4-Letter word (ESPN) will be all over Patriots camp, if anyone can control the circus that is Tebow, it's Belichick.
And you know darn well nobody--well, maybe Skip Bayless, will be calling for Tebow to play instead of Tom Brady. And realistically, if the guy ever has a chance at being a pro quarterback, who better to learn from than Brady.
We wish both sides luck, the Patriots will need a lot of patience this summer and the Tebow-maniacs will get there wish, he's back in the NFL.

The Shield Game 4: Random Injuries And A Lot of Cussing...
((HT: NFL on Fox/NFL on CBS))
Okay, let's start with the cussing... thanks to our friends at WEEI Radio in Boston
The Buffalo Bills get a 21-7 lead on the Patriots and then the Pats come back. Captain America had a few choice words for the fans in Orchard Park...
From our friends at Larry Brown Sports and blacksportsonline...
Don't look down to psyche yourself up before your game when others are running drills...
Redsins safety Brandon Meriweather ran into wide receiver Aldrick Robinson in the end zone while attempting to catch a pass about two hours before the game. Both were down for a while before getting back up...
And, then, to top it all off...
Matt Bryant kicks a game-winning field goal for the still-undefeated Atlanta Falcons as they beat Carolina in the Georgia Dome.
Matt Ryan's response...???
Go to the :55 mark...
So, from "Eff you, bitches" to "Get off my effing field..." the Shield's QB's were very vocal today...

Tom Brady's wife blames receivers for loss
((ht: theinsider.com))
Yeah, I know, we're crediting a stupid Hollywood gossip show for a video on a Sports website, but it is pretty good video.
In it, Mrs. Tom Brady, supermodel Giselle Bundchen is heading towards her husband in the Super Bowl losing New England Patriots locker room. On her way there, she gets heckled by some New York Giant fans who essentially say "Eli owns your husband".
She didn't like that.
If you watch, as she gets near the elevator, she fires back saying in effect, it wasn't her husbands (F***ing) fault the Patriots lost, he can't throw it...and catch the ball at the same time. "I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times"
Uh...not good. Way to throw Brady's teammates under the bus..
She's already done a great job of essentially putting Brady's balls in the freezer and sissifying him...this is gonna make it 1000-times worse.

Captain America Looking For A Kidney
((HT: KGO-TV))
Not for himself, silly...
His mentor, Tom Martinez, has been a coach and mentor for Tom Brady ever since he was 12 years old. Now that Martinez is looking for a kidney (and has been for five years), Brady is stepping up asking for anone who could be a match to step forward...
From his Facebook account... and there may be hope...
Here's Sergio Quintana...

Reality Check: Brady brings the Denver Tebow's back to earth
Yes, the law of averages has returned to professional football.
In a game that was billed as the "Legend of Tim Tebow vs. The New England Patriots", the outcome was more, "Tom Brady the Hall of Famer is here".
Brady threw for 5 first half TD's and 6 for the game as his Patriots annihilated the Denver Tebow's 45-10 in the AFC divisional playoffs. For the game, Brady was an incredible 26 of 34 for 363 and 6 scores. Rob Gronkowski caught 3 of the TD passes and 3 other recievers caught one from Brady who reminded everyone, the discussion of great quarterbacks...still starts with him.
Tebow never got on track, going 9-26 for 136 yds and no scores. The Tebow's only TD came from Willis McGahee.
The two questions that come from this game are this:
One, how good are the Patriots. Sure, they don't scare anyone on defense and you can't take this game and say the defense will be fine. The Tebow's don't really scare anyone offensively and last weeks explosion against Pittsburgh may have been more a statement of how bad the Steelers were.
Brady, when on, can't be matched...and it showed in this game. And he'll have an advantage on whomever he plays, be it the Texans or the Ravens.
As for the Tebow's (sorry Tebow fans--according to ESPN, nobody else plays on the Denver team), they've got some decisions to make. While his inspiration and leadership are wonderful things, the fact remains, he's questionable..at best, when it come to skills. With a full offseason to figure out what he does, you can bet most defenses will be ready...unlike this season. The onus is on Tebow to grow and improve. To figure out how to be accurate throwing the ball and to figure out how to better use the team around him.
Because the NFL doesn't like anyone or any website showing highlights unless you pay them obscene amounts of money..here's a wrapup...with photos...from ComcastSportsNet New England.
