Shawn Stefani's Wild Weekend At Merion

The wild weekend of Shawn Stefani took another interesting turn during the final round...


The first-ever hole-in-one at an Open at Merion can add the other scores from a composite scorecard for the weekend...
Stefani scored a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 over the weekend...

Hard to do...

But the HQ is sure he'll like the low numbers even as he finished back in the pack...

Chris Stroud and the Unitentional Hole-In-One

Sometimes the best golf shots are the ones you don't expect to be successful.

That was the case early in Chris Stroud's round 3 at The Players Championship. He was playing the intimidating Par 3, 13th hole, a hole only aced 3 times in the history of the tournament.

But a well placed 6 iron on the 186 yard hole hit the top right shelf on the green, rolled almost directly left, downhill...and well, lets just say, he's buying drinks today. Stroud finished his round at 6-under.
