Looks like the Kings and the Maloofs are staying for now...
Pending, of course, city approval of all the dotted I's and crossed T's...
The bigger issue was the up-front by the Maloofs toward a new arena and it looks like something in the neighborhood of US$70-million...
The city of Sacramento puts $240 million toward the estimated $387 million venue, and arena operator AEG is penciled in for $40 million to $60 million.

"I think it's great for our community. I'm glad that it's finally coming to an end," Gavin Maloof said after the deal was reached...
