Once again, competitive eating's Hot Dog Champ is the Champ again.

Joey Chestnutt downed 68 Nathan's Hot Dog's at Coney Island this July 4th to win his 6th consecutive title.

And yes, if you are squeamish, it isn't pretty.

**Note**--We have met the Champ...and the Champ is good. And a fairly normal sized dude. We applaud his reaffirmation of his title reign.
