Yes it appears Duquesne's Derrick Colter was using the power of positive thinking when he launched his game winning three point shot Saturday at the buzzer to give the Dukes a 83-81 win over St. Bonaventure.
Here's the game winner.
Thanks goduquesne
“I knew that was going in.” Colter said of his game winner.
Colter finished the game with 14 points. The Dukes were led by Ovie Soko with 27 points
"That was a great college basketball game," Duquesne head coach Jim Ferry said. "Both teams played at a high level and both teams really competed. It came down to whoever had the ball last, and we had it last. I thought kids were making plays all over the court today, on both teams."
Duquesne's win over St. Bonaventure ended a four game losing streak for the Dukes.
