When LSU offered Dylan Moses from Baton Rouge-University Lab, everyone was up in arms over offering an 8th grader.
Not that, in the grand scheme of things, that offers mean anything until this moment...
Now, USC has offered Class of 2017 receiver Nathan Tilford from Upland, California who got an offer at a Trojans' skills camp.
Commence over-hype now...
Tilford is projected as one of the top incoming high school freshmen in Southern California... for whatever that's worth...
USC has gotten into the underclassmen business going seven times into the 2015 class and once into the 2016 class...
