You Might Want To Adjust Your Brackets: Fab Melo Not Playing In NCAA Tournament For Syracuse

Syracuse University announced today that center Fab Melo won't join the team in Pittsburgh for the top seed Orange's second round game against 16 seed UNC-Asheville because of an eligibility issue.

Syracuse is 129th in the nation in rebounding and the 7 - foot Melo is the Orange's top rebounder. What has been a problem just became a bigger issue for Syracuse.

For those who are looking for a 16 upsetting a one those of us at the OSG HQ don't see UNC Asheville pulling off that shocker. Escaping the third round might be a chore especially if Syracuse draws Kansas State.
