Club Where Josh Brent Drank Promoted Excessive Drinking

((HT: WFAA-TV)) Something called the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has come out with a study in and around the Josh Brent incident where Brent's drinking and behavior behind the wheel ultimately led to the vehicular death of teammate Jerry Brown, Junior December 8th... The Dallas club where Brent partied was found to have displayed "sufficient evidence" that employees served alcohol to intoxicated customers and encouraged "excessive" drinking. The TABC said they will not pursue action against Beamers Private Club until Brent's intoxication manslaughter trial has been completed. Beamer's could face a fine or have their license suspended or revoked. Here's the look from Dallas... Brent's BAC was found to be a .189 the night of the wreck- anywhere from two to three times the legal limit depending on the state you're in...
