In the season of Winter Classics that are outdoors, the AHL-triple-A franchises for the Habs and Leafs, the Hamilton Bulldogs and Toronto Marlies, had their outdoor game as a preview of tonight's indoor game at the Post Office in downtown Toronto...

The game was the largest crowd ever to see an American Hockey League game in Canada. Attendance at Ivor Wynne Stadium in Hamilton was 20,565 for the "Steeltown Showdown" with game-time temperatures at -4 C (25 F)...
