According to @pneGianni the handcuffed man is none other than Jaume Marquet Cot, also known as Jimmy Jump, a well known pitch invader.

@willperrybbc has added that apparently the pitch invader handcuff man is Dave Kelly. Head of Everton group Blue Union

Now been informed the mystery handcuff man was protesting about RyanAir, no idea why won't start guessing.
The only thing the HQ can figure is that RyanAir beat the analyst's estimates on earnings per share from the last quarter looking at it year-to-year...
