OSG Prem: Sunderland Continues Upward Climb In Tyne Wear Derby

((HT: BPL on NBC))

And you have to wonder, even though, it's not his doing what Newcastle manager Alan Pardew's career-dissipation cycle is at St. James' Park...

The team sends Cabaye to PSG and doesn't replace the offense and Sunderland put another three goals on Newcastle in a 3-0 drubbing. Borini, Johnson, and Jack Colback are responsible for the scores, and Colback's was especially nice...

Fans left St. James' with ten minutes left in regulation, but others took to the pitch in frustration and ran all over the ground before getting handled by stewards and police. One even made a point to dribble the ball for a while before being detained...

Frankly, the reaction of the police was too slow and could have caused some serious damage.

Newscastle are still comfortably in 8th place in the table as the Black Cats charge gives them 12th, but still only two points clear of relegation...
