Web Dot Com Playoff Goes 11 Holes (And, Yes, It Did Finish)

((HT: Web.com Tour their own selves))

Steven Alker set a record by birdieing the 11th playoff hole in the Cleveland Open on the Web.com tour.

The feat ties the PGA Tour record of 11 holes at the 1949 Motor City Open and gives Alker his 4th tour win. His $108,000 check moves him up 100 spots on the money list- up to #12.

Here's their recap

For the record, the old record of playoff holes on the tour before today was 9 and Alker now heads to Pinehurst.
