Kevin Durant: Flag Football star

((ht: newsok.com))

NBA Superstar Kevin Durant must be a little bored. Or at least restless. Why else would he show up on the Oklahoma State campus and play in an Intramural Flag Football game.

This all started after Durant Tweeted about looking for a Flag Football game saying he needed "To run around or something".

Shortly thereafter, one of Durant's followers tweeted he was looking for someone to help out in his on-campus game Monday night.

One Tweet led to another and low and behold, just after 10 p.m, Durant shows up for a game that as it turned out, would lead him to play for the campus Sigma Nu fraternity team.

In case you are wondering, Durant played Quarterback and Defensive Back. His stat line: 4 TD's and 3 interceptions.

And just so you know. This is why Durant is so universally liked. He may be a multi-millionaire athletes but he seems way more grounded than most. We applaud him for this and enjoy the spontaneity. And we are quite sure the guys at Sigma Nu got a memory they'll never forget either.

Here is some video of one of Durant's TD's:
