And now we have the new wrinkles...
1) This could not make the Tallahassee PD look any more small town or backwoods or (insert analogy of cover-ups and ineptitude here)...
2) Proof is now up that has FSU QB Jameis Winston's DNA on clothing of the accuser in the sexual assault case...
((UPDATE--3pm: Jameis Winston's attorney, Tim Jansen held a press conference in Tallahassee Thursday to confront the charges and report by ESPN. Jansen told the assmbled masses when asked if his client had sex with the victim and if it was consensual. The answer "Absolutely". He added he and his client were not surprised by the result of the DNA test.))

Which means that there is a medical history and associated file with the female who was "encouraged/warned" not to pursue charges because life could be very difficult for her if she chose to chase...
The medical examination and its findings could reveal, when the woman was examined, whether or not the situation was forced or consensual...
And there's the rub that everyone is looking for...
If it's one way, it's one thing...
If it's the other way, Winston is in deep you-know-what...
Either way, his perception has changed and will continue to do so...
Here's Mark Schlabach with the latest...
