Ankles Aren't Supposed To Go That Way...

((HT: ACC/FSSouth))

In the Miami-Georgia Tech game yesterday, it was odd on a lot of levels and unfortunate on one big one...

Miami built a 19-0 lead, lost it, tied the game to send it into overtime at 36 and won in the bottom of the first when Tech couldn't convert a 4th-and-1 in the top half...

All that aside...

This happened to Hurricanes WR Malcolm Lewis...
And it's not for the squeamish...

Miami head coach Al Golden went out onto the field at that point and actually comforted his wide out when he really needed it...

"You could see from about 50 yards away that something was not right,” Golden said. “When I got out there I just wanted the kid to understand we were there for him. I think the medical people did a great job to get it in place and get it back in there. I don’t know what it’s going to mean for his health. But what a great job by our medical people to do what they did."

The school has announced that Lewis dislocated his ankle...

The HQ hopes it's not as bad as it looked, but it did look pretty bad...
