According to KFSM-TV in Fort Smith, Dorrell was going against former LSU center Ben Wilkerson and Razorback Recruiting Assistant Tiffany Fields for the position in the administration.
Other fun facts from the job search:
The job asked for a minimum of two years experience in a football program. Dorrell was an Athletics Department grad assistant and worked at the Razorback Foundation.

Wilkerson’s qualifications included his playing time at LSU. His references...??? Les Miles, Nick Saban, Jimbo Fisher, Will Muschamp, and Derek Dooley.
Fields has a master’s from Arkansas. She has been a Razorback Recruiting Assistant for three years. Her references...??? Petrino, current UAB coach Garrick McGee, and Dann Kabala, the person who held the job before Dorrell eventually would.
