The Fresno Bee reports that Cliff Harris was cited for less than an ounce of marijuana possession over Thanksgiving...
All the University of Oregon would say was that all of the info on the release was in their release, and that head coach Chip Kelly would not go over any kind of discipline in public.
Harris was busted for going 118 MPH last June and told the po-po that he and his friends "smoked it all" when asked why his car smelled of marijuana. Harris was suspended indefinitely back in October for more moving violations...

Harris has one year of eligibility left should he feel the desire to wait to play for another NCAA Division I school...
