BREAKING: Dayton Signs Vikes Stadium Bill

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton signed the bill for the new Minnesota Sports Complex at a noon ceremony at the Capitol. Every important muckety-muck who had a hand in it (or thinks they did) was there to see it...

Here's the deal as it stands now...

The state legislation is committing to raising $348 million by allowing electronic pull-tabs and bingo in bars and restaurants. There are also backup funding measures such as a lottery game and luxury suite taxes.

The HQ thinks there's going to need to be more back-up to their back-up...
But that's just us...
