If you don't, here's incident...
Brian Downing was charged in Orleans Parish, Louisiana on one count each of sexual battery of a male victim and obscenity.
The court set bond for $50-grand. The sexual battery count carries a maximum 10 year prison sentence and no minimum. If Downing is convicted on the obscenity charge, he faces a jail sentence of six months to three years jail or a fine between $1,000 and $2,500.
