((HT: Legend of Cecilio Guante via Traina))
This is making the rounds, but we're posting it anyway to show just how cool the moment below actually is...
Vandy Head Coach James Franklin is trying to do anything and everything possible to change the culture in and around the Vanderbilt athletic program.
He doesn't take any guff from the other Ess-E-Cee coaches who try to kick sand on his team- whatever the reason...
And he'll be the first guy to recognize what everyone means to his program...
Including walk-on fullback Marc Panu...
Panu is a Whitefield Academy grad, so the HQ is somewhat familiar with his skill set. He started out as a linebacker/defensive end and was changed over to fullback when Franklin and his staff came to town. Off-season knee surgery hasn't stopped him, either...
Good for Vandy, good for Franklin, and awesome for Panu.
